True Radio's logo, brand assets and website content (including True 2, True Chilled, True Sport & assets relating to Proper Good Music) is registered and protected alongside "True Media Group" (TMG) assets from unauthorised use. True Radio (UK), is the name relating to owners of the brand assets. 

Using any of these assets without prior written permission from the owners may result in legal action being taken against the infringing party. This falls under the the following UK laws:  Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003, The Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 and Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
