We’ll give you the platform to get on the air and guide you getting there.

Get involved and join us for £5 per week** to broadcast. That membership cost pays for the technology needed to broadcast True Radio & True 2 including your license to use our state-of-the-art playout system that you get access to, this lovely shiny website, and the cost towards playing music on air licensed by PPL and PRS via Live365.

Running a radio station is expensive... trust us, we know! But we do it because we love it! And we want to share this opportunity with you.

Show Producer
Help our on-air team get the most out of their shows and engage with our audiences. Find stories worth sharing on air, and things that will get people talking.
Social Media Assistant
We're looking for someone to help with our social media. We want creative, fun posts and keep our listeners up to date with what's going off across our social media platforms.
Account Manager
Like chatting and persuasive? We're looking for account managers to help businesses get on the air through scheduled commercials, show sponsorships, and other creative ways. This also comes with a nice bonus of commission-only benefits for every client onboarded.
Brand Champion
We're looking for people to help spread the word of True. Champion our brand, help market our live events and promote Proper Good Music!
